| RCGA Golf Handicapping Software | The Royal
Canadian Golf Association, the national governing body for amateur golf
in Canada, required a new version of the handicapping software it makes
available to member clubs. Mysys Limited created a custom
application that is installed in hundred's of clubs across Canada and
used by thousands of golfers. A key design element was simplicity of use for a wide variety of users and, of course, complete implementation of the Canadian rules of golf handicapping. It also includes extensive data integrity features including built-in data backup routines. |

Our client sells services that involve multiple customers per order and required a sales management tool that allowed sales opportunities to be tracked. With many offices across Canada, a web based application was designed in order to simplify deployment and maintenance. |
| Shipment
Data Capture Pocket PC |
Our client provides warehouse and
transportation logistics services to various manufacturers and
distributors. They required a solution to capture and verify two
related barcode values from a skids of a particular product at time of
shipment. Input of the scans is sequenced in the most efficient physical order but matching of the data is maintained by business rules within the Pocket PC based application. |

Project/Order Tracking MS Access |
Our client is a manufacturer of
custom process equipment. When they commenced business they
required an interim solution to provide some ERP-like data capabilities
but weren't ready to commit to purchasing and implementing a fully
integrated system. The solution was an MS Access based application that did sales lead tracking, project order entry, manufactured equipment serial number tracking, and packing slips. Over the course of five years work order configuration and custom quotation generation and other features were added. Eventually the scale of the business increased to the point where an integrated manufacturing system was advised. Mysys Limited acted as a technical liaison between the new system software provider and our customer. We facilitated discovery and training sessions and determined and documented process mappings. |
| Marketing CMS | Our client is an international
manufacturer of large consumer products. They required a content
management system for their media information site. Working with our creative partner, Mysys Limited designed a data and application structure that provides content in multiple languages but allows non-technical marketing people to upload content like press releases and product pictures without ever looking at web code. |
